破骨细胞体外分离培养和RANK信号通路调节破骨细胞分化研究进展

Isolation of Osteoclasts and RANK Signaling in Osteoclastogenesis

摘要: 破骨细胞是一种终末细胞,以分离培养的方法难以获得大量的破骨细胞,不易满足研究的需要。构建高效的破骨细胞体外培养方法对破骨细胞生物学研究非常重要。RANKL-RANK-OPG调节轴是破骨细胞分化成熟的主要调节形式,其中RANK是该调节轴的核心。文章综述了破骨细胞体外分离培养方法和RANK信号通路调节破骨细胞分化的研究进展。

Abstract: Osteoclast is a terminal cells, the separating cell training way is hardly satisfy the research needs because it can not obtain a lot of osteoclasts. Therefore,it is very important to establish culture model of osteoclast in vitro for osteoclast biology research. RANKL-RANK-OPG is the main regulating axis of osteoclast differentiation and mature, while RANK is the core of this regulating axis. Isolation culture of osteoclasts and RANK signaling in osteoclastogenesis have been viewed in this paper.
