冷应激后民猪肝素结合性表皮生长因子基因表达研究

Study on Expression of Min Pig Hepafin-binding Epidermal Growth Factor-like Gene in Cold Stress

摘要: 肝素结合性表皮生长因子(hepafin-binding epidermal growth factor-like,HB-EGF)是表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)家族的成员之一。本研究采用Real-time PCR分析了在民猪冷诱导后该基因在骨骼肌内的表达变化情况。结果表明,低温组(-20 ℃)的HB-EGF基因的表达水平与常温组(10 ℃)相比出现了极显著下降(P<0.01)。据此推测,冷应激抑制了HB-EGF基因的表达,也间接抑制了民猪的正常生长。

Abstract: Hepafin-binding epidermal growth factor-like (HB-EGF) is one of the epidermal growth facto family. In this study, Real-time PCR method was used to detect and analysis the expression of HB-EGF gene in Min pig skeletal muscle after cold-induced. The results showed that the low-temperature group(-20 ℃) of HB-EGF gene expression levels compared with the normothermia group (10 ℃) appeared very significantly decreased (P<0.01). As above, cold stress inhibits the expression of HB-EGF gene, but also indirectly inhibit the normal growth of Min pig.
