摘要: RNA干扰技术(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种基因沉默技术,它通过特异性降解靶序列的mRNA而引起转录后基因沉默(post transcriptional gene silence,PTGS),该技术现已广泛应用于基因组功能和某些疾病的基因治疗研究。作者就RNAi的产生机制、作用特点、研究策略及其在寄生线虫研究中的应用情况等方面作一阐述。

Abstract: RNA interference(RNAi) technique is a gene silencing technology. It causes post transcriptional gene silence by inducing degradation of mRNA of specific target sequence. The technology is now widely used in studies of genome function and gene therapy of certain diseases. In this article, the formation mechanism, function characteristics, research strategies of RNAi and the application in the studies of parasitic nematodes will be expatiated.
