摘要: 植物多糖因其具有增强机体免疫力、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、分子识别等多种生物活性,已成为国内外研究的热点之一。笔者就植物多糖从细胞和分子水平对畜禽肠道黏膜免疫的影响进行综述。

Abstract: The study of plant polysaccharides has been a hot research field both in China and abroad,for they have the ability to enhance biological activities of body immunity, anti-bacterial, anti-virus, anti-oxidation, and molecular recognition. Author reviewed the effects of plant polysaccharides on intestinal mucosal immunity in animal digestive tract from the cellular and molecular levels.
