摘要: 黄曲霉毒素毒性大,在食品及饲料中分布广,严重威胁人畜的生命健康,对它的检测十分必要,其中又以免疫学检测方法运用最广泛。作者总结了近年来国内外报道的常见免疫分析方法,评述了各方法的优劣,并对将来检测的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: Aflatoxins are mycotoxins of high toxicity and contaminate many different foods and feeds,causing a serious threat to life health both human and animals.Hence,it is indispensable to detect them in foods and feeds.Among all analytical methods, immunological detection has been in wide use. The author summarized reports of immunoassays for aflatoxins home and abroad in recent years, and reviewed advantages and disadvantages of various methods and predicted future detection trends.
