发酵鸡粪中病原微生物检测方法的探讨

摘要: 鸡粪发酵后作为再生饲料或有机肥已广泛使用,其中病原微生物检测尤显重要,为此本研究对发酵前后的鸡粪样品中主要病原菌大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌检测方法进行了探讨。结果表明,鸡粪样品中大肠杆菌CFU(菌落形成单位)由发酵前3.67×107个/g减少至6.33×105个/g,经发酵处理的鸡粪样品均未检出沙门氏菌,两者与发酵前样品均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),说明所建立的方法可行。

Abstract: The chicken’s fermented excrement has been widely used as the reused feed or the manure, the detection of its pathogens is especially important, so the research on the detection of E.coli and Salmonella in fresh excrement and fermented excrement was carried. The results showed that the CFU of E.coli decreased from 3.67×107/g to 6.33×105/g after fermentation and no Salmonella in fermented samples were detected. The difference was very significant (P<0.01) as compared with the samples before fermentation, this showed the detection was feasible.
