金黄色葡萄球耐药性的研究及其防制策略

摘要: 金黄色葡萄球菌是临床上最常见的致病菌之一,可引起鼻腔、口腔黏膜及皮肤和上皮组织的感染,严重的可导致肺炎、败血症甚至死亡。现今金黄色葡萄球菌已经对大部分常用抗生素有耐药性,作者综述了金黄葡萄球菌对抗生素的耐药发展史、耐药机制及对其使用的治疗策略。

Abstract: Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most important pathogens, can cause nasal, oral mucosa and skin and epithelial tissue infections, and severe pneumonia, sepsis and even to death. Now, Staphylococcus aureus can resist nearly all commonly antibiotics. In this review, we summarized the resistance mechanisms and treatment strategies of Staphylococcus aureus.
