辽宁绒山羊皮肤毛囊血管内皮生长因子基因的表达研究

Study on Expression of VEGF Gene in Hair Follicles of Liaoning Cashmere Goats

摘要: 采用反转录—聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法对血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在辽宁绒山羊常年长绒和季节长绒两个品系皮肤毛囊中的相对表达量进行测定。试验结果表明,VEGF基因mRNA在辽宁绒山羊常年长绒和季节长绒两个品系的皮肤毛囊组织中都有表达,并且两个品系在一年内同一月份VEGF基因mRNA的相对表达量差异不显著(P>0.05),但是一年内各个月份间VEGF基因mRNA的相对表达量2月份与其它月份差异显著(P<0.05)。辽宁绒山羊常年长绒型新品系VEGF基因mRNA的相对表达量除2月份外,常年维持在一个较高的水平,这可能是其能够常年长绒的一个重要原因。

Abstract: RT-PCR technique was used to study the relative expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the follicles of two lines of perennial and seasonal cashmere types. The results showed that VEGF gene expressed in the follicles of both two lines, and the differential expression between two lines was no significant difference (P>0.05). But VEGF gene expression level was the lowest in 2 month, and there was significant difference compared to other months (P<0.05). The VEGF gene expression level maintained highly all around year, besides in 2 month. It may explain why perennial type can make cashmere perennially.
