摘要: 干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化潜能,使之成为再生医学、组织工程和创伤修复等研究领域的热点。明确干细胞分化调控机制是干细胞应用的重要前提和理论基础,现对近期干细胞分化调控研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Stem cells can sustain self-renewal and generate all cell types of the body in vitro, the special function of the stem cells makes it become the hot spot in the area of regenerating medicine, tissue engineer and traumatic repair. Understanding the regulation mechanism of differentiation in stem cells is the precondition and the theoretical basis of stem cell application. Here we summarize the research progress of stem cell differential regulation, in order to provide the reference of stem cells research.
