益生素作用机理及其在现代畜牧生产中的应用

摘要: 目前由细菌引起的疾病一般都通过抗生素来治疗,但是抗生素的滥用使得大部分细菌对其产生了不同程度的抗性,给疾病治疗及人类健康带来隐患。寻找有益的抗生素替代品已成为亟待解决的问题,而以菌治菌的方法正日益被人们接受。实践证明益生素是一种可直接饲喂动物并能促进动物肠道菌群平衡的微生态制剂,可部分替换抗生素作为饲料添加剂,有望解决抗生素残留问题及动物耐药问题,对畜牧业发展具有不可估量的作用。作者将就益生素菌种的选择、作用机理及提高其作用效果的措施等方面展开综述。

Abstract: Most of the diseases caused by bacteria are cureed by antibiotics at present, but the misuse of antibacterial already lead to drug resistance, it's bad for the treatment of diseases and may be a hidden trouble to human health. It is prerequisite for us to look for the substitute for antibacterial; meanwhile probiotics, with its own characteristic, is becoming to play an important role in feed additive as the replacement of antibacterial, and it has uncountable effect on the development of stockbreeding. This paper stress on the choice of the strain,mechanism and the measurement of improvement of the probiotics.
