黄芪多糖对力竭游泳小鼠生理生化指标的影响

Effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Physiological and Biochemical Indexes in Exhausted Swimming Mice

摘要: 用不同剂量的黄芪多糖给小鼠灌胃(0.4、0.2、0.1 mg/ml),力竭游泳后测定其13项血液生理指标,肝脏和心脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及血清谷丙转氨酶(AST)、谷草转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)的活性。结果表明,高剂量组可极显著延长小鼠游泳至力竭的时间(P<0.01),中剂量组可显著延长小鼠游泳至力竭的时间(P<0.05);高剂量组白细胞总数(WBC)、粒细胞百分数(Gran%)极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),淋巴细胞百分数(Lym%)、中值细胞百分数(Mid%)、粒细胞数(Gran)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),高、中剂量组血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);中剂量组淋巴细胞百分数(Lym%)、中值细胞百分数(Mid%)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组极显著提高力竭小鼠肝、心组织SOD、CAT的活性,极显著降低心、肝组织GSHPx(P<0.01);中剂量组显著提高力竭小鼠肝、心组织SOD的活性(P<0.05);高、中剂量组血清AST、CK的活性极显著降低(P<0.01)。由此可见,黄芪多糖具有明显的抗氧化损伤功效。

Abstract: Pouring different dosages of APS(0.4, 0.2, 0.1 mg/ml)to exhausted swimming mice’s stomach, we analysed blood component and tested the activities of SOD, GSHPx, CAT. The results showed that the time to swim to exhaust in the highdose group was extremely remarkably prolonged (P<0.01), and that in the middle dose group was significantly prolonged(P<0.05); the total number of WBC, Gran% in the highdose group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01), Lym%, Mid% and Gran were very significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01), the concentration of HGB and HCT in the highdose group and sinodose group were very significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01); Lym% and Mid% in the sinodose group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the activity of SOD and CAT were significantly increased in the highdose group and the activity of GSHPX was very significant decreased (P<0.01); the activity of SOD in the sinodose group was significantly increased (P<0.05);the activity of AST and CK in the highdose group and sinodose group were very significantly decreased (P<0.01).Thus, APS has obvious oxidative damage effects.
