光照和褪黑激素对非生绒期绒山羊激素分泌和绒毛生长的影响

摘要: 为了研究光照和褪黑激素对绒山羊激素分泌和绒毛生长的影响。作者采用随机试验区组的方法,把36只绒山羊平均分成3组,分别进行长光照、短光照和自然光照处理,每组当中一半埋植褪黑素,分别检测血液激素水平和绒毛生长状况。结果表明,光照时间和埋植褪黑素显著影响绒山羊体内的激素分泌,长光照抑制褪黑素的分泌,短光照促进褪黑素的分泌,埋植褪黑素组的血浆褪黑素水平显著高于不埋植组。光照和褪黑素显著影响PRL、IGFI的分泌类型,并与绒山羊的绒毛生长有关,短光照或褪黑激素处理各组绒毛平均增加338.83 g;新生羊绒的长度、细度、强度等品质指标均符合纺织工业标准的要求。

Abstract: This study investigated the effects of photoperiod and implanted melatonin on the endocrine of some hormones relative to cashmere growth and cashmere growth. 36 castrated Inner Mongolia white cashmere mature goats, 23~25 kg of live body weight, were designed to three groups randomly which were treated with long daily photoperiod (LDPP, 16L∶8D), short daily photoperiod (SDPP, 8L∶16D) and natural daily photoperiod (NDPP), respectively.In each of the group, half of the goats were implanted melatonin monthly from Feb 20th to June 20th, the goats were fed in pens seperately.Cover coat sampes on bodyside were gathered monthly to analyze the cashmere growth rate and traits. Results showed there was a great difference in blood hormone conent in the treatments, melatonin was decreased with the increasing of photoperiod, implanted groups were higher than unimplanted groups. PRL, IGFI were increased with the length of photoperiod, implanted groups were lower than unimplanted groups, such hormone pattern was advantage to ashmere growth. As a result, additive cashmere production was increased by 338.83 averagely. The textile value of new cashmere was still up to the grade A standard except for one group within grade B. 
