复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率的研究

Study on the Ruminal Degradability of Crude Protein of Multinutrient Block

摘要: 为了探讨复合营养舔砖用作反刍动物饲料补充料的饲用价值,我们选用4头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的公牛(丹麦红牛♂×闽南黄牛♀的杂交一代),利用尼龙袋法对复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率进行测定。结果表明,复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率,组间差异不显著(P>0.05),除2 h时间段外、组内差异极显著(P<0.01)。0、2、4、8、16、24、48 h时间段瘤胃降解率分别为(1.79±0.40)%、(9.73±2.12)%、(16.27±2.57)%、(25.96±2.30)%、(43.12±1.20)%、(59.35±0.63)%、(73.21±0.42)%,动态降解率为34.65%。

Abstract: The ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks were measured by nylon bags method in 4 adult crossbred oxen fitted with permanent cannula in order to study the feeding value by using multinutrient blocks as feed additive for ruminant animal. Results were as follows: There were no difference in the ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks between groups (P>0.05) but the difference in groups were significant except the ruminal degradability of 2 h (P<0.01). The ruminal degradabilities of 0,2,4,8,16,24,48 h were(1.79±0.40)%,(9.73±2.12)%,(16.27±2.57)%,(25.96±2.30)%,(43.12±1.20%),(59.35±0.63)%,(73.21±0.42)%, respectively. And the effective degradability was 34.65%.
