摘要: 腺苷酸激活蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase, AMPK)能感知细胞能量代谢状态的改变,并可通过影响细胞物质代谢的许多环节来维持细胞的能量平衡。在试验研究中的种种迹象表明,应激因子造成AMPK的活化与动物营养代谢病之间存在一定的关联。为此,作者总结了AMPK的营养调控功能和其他生理调节作用,以便为AMPK在营养调控和应激调控的研究提供坚实的理论基础。

Abstract: It has been confirmed that AMPK can perceive the change of metabolism state of cell and maintain the cell energy equilibrium through some ways. At the same time, many researches have indicated the existence of the relevance between the activation of AMPK by stress factors and the nutritional metabolic disease. Thus, this review provides the solid theory foundation for research of nutrient regulation and stress regulation through narrating its nutrient regulating functions and other physiological regulating characters.
