Abstract: PR is an acute infectious disease caused by PR virus. Vaccines immune is a key way to protection against PR, and we should adopt actual control measures in according to the severity degree to which it’s infected by wild virus in intensive pig farms. There are different characters and the usage scopes of the normal vaccines for inactivated vaccine, weak poison vaccine and gene deficiency vaccine, and after a series of analysis we find out that using gene deficiency vaccine is the best choice to protection against PR at pig farms. We finally pointed out the importance of immunology monitoring after we had analyzed those Disputed issues on immune programs and methods such as the 1st immune day, no time immune day, the interval time of immune as well as immune through dropping noses. At last we put forward the measures and feasibility to perish PR disease on intensive pig farms and summarize successful experiences which are from home and abroad. We hope it can offer some great practical directions on control PR disease.
