摘要: 作者应用比较基因组学和生物信息学方法比较了绵羊、牛、鹿和狗MHC-DQA1基因部分序列,并对该基因的遗传多样性及分子系统发育进行了分析。结果表明,38个基因序列检测到107个多态位点,共生成38个单倍型。物种间及物种内MHCDQA1存在较丰富的遗传多样性。

Abstract: In this study, part of the MHC-DQA1 gene sequences of ovis aries, bos taurus, cervus nippon and canis familiaris were analyzed using the method of comparative genomics and bioinformatics. The genetic diversity and molecular phylogeny were analyzed. The results showed that a total of 107 polymorphic sites were detected from 38 sequences, from which 38 hapolotypes were sorted. More nucleotide diversity and amino acid diversity of MHC-DQA1 gene existed within and among species. 
