摘要: 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)引起的母猪严重繁殖障碍与仔猪呼吸困难的一种全球性疾病。感染PRRSV所引起疾病的严重程度与病毒载量和体内产生的细胞因子有关。PRRSV通过自身编码的结构蛋白和非结构蛋白激活炎症信号通路,导致大量细胞因子、趋化因子释放从而诱导炎症反应,但过度炎症反应特别是细胞因子风暴可能导致严重的组织损伤,导致病情加剧。因此通过抑制PRRSV引起的炎症应答可能是有效预防和控制PRRS的主要策略。目前常用的抗炎药物包括重组干扰素、非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)和类固醇等,传统的中药制剂也被证实对PRRS有一定治疗效果。然而PRRSV感染诱导炎症反应的具体条件、程度和机制以及抗炎药物作用尚未清楚。笔者拟对PRRSV诱导的炎症反应及其作用机制,以及相关抗炎药物的开发应用进行综述,以期为PRRS的预防和控制提供新的思路。
