Thought on Accelerating the Application of TMR Feeding Technique in China

Abstract: MR feeding technique can ensure nutrient intake uniform by the cows, save considerable manpower and material resources, and enhance the production performance of dairy cows. Accelerating the application of TMR feeding technique in our country has important practical significance. Smallscale farming is the main mode of feeding dairy cows in our country. Owing to the lack of financial and technical support, most of the small and medium dairy cattle farms can not use TMR feeding technology to improve their cow's production performance. TMR delivery services is a way to produce different stages of TMR feed by specialized companies, and then delivered to neighboring dairy cattle farms. This approach will enable smallscale dairy cattle farms can use the TMR feeding technology, therefore improving dairy cow's production performance, increasing farmer’s income, and promoting the application of TMR feeding technology in our country.
