Abstract: The genomes of six production groups chickens were screened using microsatellites to get the genetic distance of every combination, and analysed the relation among the heterosis of the major economic traits. The results showed that the absolute value of relation coefficient were range between 0.0651 and 0.9344. Brest width, eviscerated yield with giblet, leg muscle yield, etc, were main relation with genetic distance. Born weight and shank length were minus relation with genetic distance, and also obtained that three targets could be used to predict the hybrids offspring’s production level, so the microsatellite markers genetic distance was important for the predict of heterosis.
