Study on Oxidation and Antioxidation in Lung Tissue of BALB/c Mice

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study was to explore the changes of oxidative and antioxidative system of the lung tissue in BALB/c mice under normal condition. Malondialdehyde（MDA） concentration，the activity of xanthine oxidase（XOD） and superoxide dismutase（SOD）were measured by spectrophotometer. The results showed that the MDA level，the activity of XOD and SOD in the lung tissue of BALB/c mice did not show any significant difference on day 3, 6, 7, 12（P＞0.05）. The results indicated that the system of enzyme of generation and clearance about free radical in the lung tissue of BALB/c mice remained dynamic balance.
