Abstract: The number of white blood cell(WBC),total lymphocyte count, the activity of T lymplocytes ANAE+,and the erythrocyte C3bRR and ICR ratio were determined in chicks with deutochronicity different level of aluminium intoxication produced by continuous peritoneal injection of fixed volume and different concentration gradient aluminium trichloride. The result showed that WBC,total lymphocyte count, the activity of T lymplocytes ANAE+,and the erythrocyte C3bRR ratio were significantly lower and the erythrocyte ICR ratio was higher in chicks than that of the control ones. The results indicated that aluminium intoxication has marked effect in inhibition of the function of cytoimmunity and nonspecific immunity in chicks.
