Abstract

Abstract: In this study, the Real-time PCR method was used to detect the expression changes of the IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, IGF-ⅠR and IGFBP-3 gene of Min pig in skeletal muscle before and after cold-induced. The results showed that, IGF-Ⅰ gene expression levels were significantly raised (P＜0.01), IGF-Ⅱ and IGF-ⅠR were significantly lower (P＜0.01), whereas IGFBP-3 was no significant changed before and after cold induction (P＞0.05).
