Abstract: The prophylaxis and treatment of common pig’s diseases depend on the experience of veterinarian greatly because of complexity of piggery pestilence. While the expert system of the prophylaxis and treatment of common pig’s diseases is able to make it complex task more effective, so it has been regarded to an expert stayed in rural areas. This paper in the view of the ‘bottle neck’ problem based on the frame description of symptom of common pig’s diseases, this paper took advantage of knowledge project’s method and technology, and combined uncertainty inference and dispelling strategy of matching conflict and technology of multimedia to realize the expert system of common pig’s diseases which expressed on the basis of frame, and this system was used to imitate domain expert’s thinking and supplement or substitute for veterinary experts to guide the prophylaxis and treatment of common pig’s diseases. This paper emphatically expounded the questions which were the totality structure of system, knowledge express, inference mechanism, the realization and apply system, and so on.
