Study on the Bursal Trauma and Immune Effect of Commercial Chicken IBD Live Vaccines

Abstract: SPF chickens were inoculated with three commercial moderate-virulent IBD live vaccines at 9, 22 days old respectively, and blood sample were collected to detect the antibody from 5 chickens selected randomly from each group at 2, 9, 21 days old separately after the 22 day inoculation. The bursal trauma caused by vaccines were also checked. The results showed that the all three vaccines had caused different lesion on chicken bursa and the lesion would be reviwed after a certain period. And the antibody level of the three live vaccines were also different.
