This selected probiotics improved intestinal mucosal inflammation and regulated the expression of inflammatory cytokine IL-1β,INF-γ by combining the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to control further progress of the disease. The aim was to explore its mechanism for providing new ideas that probiotics regulated intestinal mucosal immunity. The importance of intestinal mucosa, relation probiotics with Toll-like receptors and NF-κB,impact of probiotics on intestinal mucosal immunity were reviewed in the paper.
