布拉酵母菌对黄曲霉毒素B1脱毒特性研究

Abstract

Abstract: The influences on detoxification of AFB₁ by Saccharomyces boulardii by different preparation methods on cells,different concentratoions of cells,different detoxification times,different pH were conducted, the mechanism of detoxification of AFB₁ by Saccharomyces boulardii was absorption.Comparing with the preparations under 2 mol/L HCl and 121 ℃ for 30 min,the preparation under 100 ℃ for 30 min was more advantage on detoxification of AFB₁,besides,the strong acid and weakly basic condition had a profit on detoxification of AFB₁ by Saccharomyces boulardii.
