一株猪源链球菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性研究

Abstract

Abstract: According to the cultural and staining characteristics, morphology and biochemical test, slide agglutination test and PCR typing of Streptococcus suis, a strain of Streptococcus suis type 2 was isolated from samples of sick and dead pig. Animal pathogenicity test demonstrated that 2?10⁸ doses can be lethal to mice,muramidase released protein (MRP), extracellular factor (EF) and hemolysin (sly) were all positive according to PCR detection, it provided a candidate strain for oneself inactivated vaccine preparation.
