Abstract: In order to improve prerention and control of infectious bursal IgY effect of infectious bursal,comparison of different purification method on the high IBD yolk antibody titer of effection. Preparation of hyper-immune eggs and determination of the titer,in the lab, four methods were used for extraction high-yolk antibodies and determination of the titer.They were direct centrifugation, acidfied water extraction, chloroform extraction method and polyethylene glycol method. The results showed that self-prepared yolk antibody titer was 1:64, direct centrifugation antibody titer was 1:128, acidfied water extraction antibody titer was 1:16, chloroform extraction method antibody titer was 1:256, polyethylene glycol method antibody titer was 1:32.The results showed that after using titer chloroform extraction method,the highest titer detected, chloroform extraction method was a common method of clinical extracted antibody.
