青春期前山羊卵母细胞体外生产胚胎的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Prepubertal goat oocytes were obtained from a slaughterhouse or donors kids superovulated by FSH. A number of studys on prepubertal goat oocyte and embryo production were reported at abroad. In vitro maturation and fertilization of prepubertal goat oocyte, microtubule and microfilament organization, mitochondrial organization, distribution of oocyte cortical granules in vitro matured and fertilized,and in vitro culture of embryo from prepubertal goat IVM-IVF oocyte were discussed in this article.
