Abstract: To compare the treatment efficacy of Qinlian liquid with Baihu soup, the model of Qifen syndrome was founded through LPS injection intravenously in rabbit. Animal serum was collected before and after treatment with two formulas respectively, and IgG, IgM, IgA, SOD, MDA and T-AOC were detected successively. The results showed that there is no striking impact from Baihu soup to serum immunoglobulin and T-AOC in model animals, but SOD was decreased and MDA increased. Then, Qinlian liquid made IgG and IgM decrease, SOD increase, but T-AOC decrease, and MDA hold the line. These results indicated Baihu soup had more advantages than Qinlian liquid on immunoregulation and total antioxidant capacity, but Baihu soup was not as good as Qinlian liquid on SOD and MDA regulation.
