猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型ORF2基因在酵母中的表达

Abstract

Abstract: In order to research for high-level expression of porcine circovirus type 2(PCVⅡ) ORF2 gene, the ORF2 gene of PCVⅡ was cloned into the genome of the pPICZαC expression vector to construct the recombinant plasmid pPICZαC-ORF2, and the resultant plasmid digested by SacⅠ was intergraded into the genome of P. pastoris expression strain SMD1168 by electroporation. The transformants were selected with zeocin, and the results of SDS-PAGE and Western blotting showed the capsid protein of PCVⅡ was secretory expressed successfully.
