Abstract: This article contrasted albumin, thyroxine (T3, T4), vitamin, glucose, lactic acid, pyruvic acid, Ca and P in the blood serum of the arthritis puerperium dairy cow, to study that the relation blood biochemical indicator’s changes with Joint disease. The result indicated the albumin, T4, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, Ca and P were in experimental group notablely lower than control group, globulin-α, lactic acid, pyruvic acid and T3 were significant higher than control group. It showed that the content of T4 and vitamin were degraded in arthritis postpartum dairy cow maked the collagen in articular cartilage and proteoglycan reduce, depolymerization increase,to cause the compose of serum protein change; but blood sugar level depressed that it caused lactic acid and pyruvic acid raise, hypoglycemia inhibited composition of vitamin C, Ca and P level depressed. It maybe effect sclerotin metabolism to promote development of arthritis.
