Abstract

Abstract: Blood serum epidemic research which to find the immune effect of partial hogpen from 2009 to 2010 in Yunnan province after major porcine infectious disease vaccine injection had been taken by ELISA test and latex agglutination test. The result showed the positive rate of porcine antibody respectively against CSFV, PRRSV, PCV2, PRV, PPV and Japanese encephalitis virus made up 84.33%(1211/1436), 74.84%(803/1073), 0.00%(0/80), 62.26%(287/461), 54.25%(83/153) and 63.33%(76/120).After considering all the results presented above, we can safely predict that it's high time we prevent and lessen sow aborted by improving PRRSV, PRV, PPV and Japanese encephalitis virus vaccine using effect.
