Abstract: To achieve the intramuscular injection of the attenuated live vaccine against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, different adjuvants were applied to enhance the immunogenicity of the vaccine. Cellular and humoral immune response was detected after the immunization. The results showed that ISCOM-matrix,as well as the mixture of levamisole and chitosan, effectively increased the proliferation of PBMC and the level of serum IgG antibody. The mixture of levamisole and astragalus polysaccharide only enhanced the cellular immune response while the antibody level showed no change. No obvious enhancement was detected in saponin adjuvant group. These data would help the subsequent researches of the intramuscular inoculating method of this live vaccine.
