Abstract: This experiment is to establish methods of detecting pefloxacin in HBS-EP buffer by SPR biosensor, which can provide a basis for sample detection. The pefloxacin-ovalbumin conjugate was covalently immobilized on CM5 chip and the antibody was mixed with pefloxacin of different concentrations to construct a standard curve. To obtain lower limit detection, the diluted antibody of 1000 times was injected at a flow rate of 7 μL/min for 4 min. It was shown from the experimental results that a rapid detection of pefloxacin in buffer using SPR biosensor had been established and the limit of detection was 0.8 ng/mL, the detection time was 4 min.
