Abstract: Abstract：In this study，the dog semen was frozen with different cryopreservation，including glycerol and glycol，for better cryopreservation result. It was conducted to compare different concentration of glycerol or ethylene glycol’s effects on frozen sperm’s recovery rates and compare different balance time. The glycerol as cryoprotectant is better than ethylene glycol and the concentration of glycerol is 4%，the average recovery rate of frozen semen is highly，60 min of the balance time was more helpful to the survival of frozen sperm. The study found that cryopreservation at 4% of glycerol，balance 60 min at 4 ℃ achieved better sperm recovery for canine semen cryopreservation，with an average of 39.21%±0.013%recovery rate of frozen semen，and the results were rather stable. 
