Abstract: To study whether chondroitin sulfate (CS) could induce rat myocardial microvascular endothelial cells (RMMVECs) in vitro to secrete IFN-γ. Using double antibody sandwich ELISA to detect the level of IFN-γ produced by RMMVECs stimulated with CS in cell supernatant liquid. The level of IFN-γ produced by RMMVECs stimulated with CS in cell supernatant liquid was increased dramatically, and got the maximum at 24 h. CS could induce rat microvascular endothelial cells to secrete IFN-γ.
