Research on Expression of Landrace OPN Gene on Different Days

Abstract

Abstract: Expression level of OPN gene in Landrace heart, liver, stomach, spleen, kidney, lung, large intestine, small intestine, muscle, uterus and ovary on 1 d, 7 d, 90 d, 180 d, 270 d and 360 d were studied by RT-PCR method. The result showed that OPN gene was a broad-spectrum expression gene, it had been detected in eleven tissues on six time point, but existed spatio-temporal change, so presumed that its biology function was very abroad.
