Abstract: An experiment conducted contrast test to research the effect of flower of Yucca schidigera in feed for HBD broiler chicken. 60 HBD broiler chickens seven day old were randomly divided into two groups：contrast group； test group. Every group has ten replicates of 30 broilers.Contrast group was fed basic diet. Test group was fed basic diet with supplemented 0.24% flower of Yucca schidigera. The results as follows：there wasn’t significant effects on daily feed intake，feed conversion ratio，weekend body weight（P>0.05） between contrast and trail group；daily gain also wasn’t prominent effects（P>0.05） except the third week and the sixth week（P<0.05). Supplemented 0.24% flower of Yucca schidigera didn’t influence thymus index，bursa of fabricius index and spleen index（P>0.05）.
