Abstract: In order to study the effect of IL2 on the canine parvovirus vaccine efficacy, 40 puppies were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group, canine parvovirus vaccine and the vaccine plus 0.5 ml/head IL-2 injection was inoculated respectively. Post 7 days and 14 days, the standard test paper was used to detect antibody titer of the two groups. Results: The antibody titer revealed no significant difference between the test and control group before inoculation; Seven days post vaccination, antibody titer of the test group were very significant difference (P<0.01); 14 days post vaccination, there were very significant difference (P<0.01) between the test and the control groups in antibody titers. Experiments showed that IL-2 can significantly improve the efficacy of canine parvovirus vaccine. IL-2 is a good candidate canine parvovirus vauine adjuvant.
