Abstract: Genes，sex，nutrition，environment and their interactions are very important to body composition of the goats.All the people pay close attention to the deposition of the protein and fatty tissue.Because their quantities and ratio are related to the animal's economic value directly.The data of the goats’body composition in different growth stages is reference to the nutritional requirement closely .Hence,the different nutritional levels，body omposition distribution and change rules in different growth stages of the goats are meaningful to the further research of nutritional requirement and production.Base on the researchs of both abroad and home ,this article introduced the measuring methods of body composition and arcass tissue distribution and change rules in goats.
