The Preparation of Swine Pasteurella Multocida, E Coli Combined Inactivate Vaccine and the Observation about Immune Effect

Abstract: Swine pasteurella multocida, pathogenic E coli isolated from a piggery were prepared for combined inactivate vaccine, and the tissular inactivate vaccine was prepared by pathological tissue at same time,then discussed their immune effect.The results showed:the protective rate of combined inactivate vaccine was above 80%,the tissular inactivate vaccine was 60%.Therefore,the combined inactivate vaccine could tried to be used in this piggery to control Swine pasteurellosis.
