Abstract: Through determining glutamatepyruvate transaminase (ALT/GPT),glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST/GOT), total cholesterol(CHOL), urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine（CREA）, total protein (TP) and albumin( ALB) of bloodserum cows suffering from alcoholpositive milk of the different lactation period ,discuss the relationship between the changes B of biochemical indicators and alcohol positive milk. The result indicated: in masccline cow blood serum content elevation of GPT,GOT,BUN,CREA are remarkable, content difference of CHOL is not remarkable, content reduction of TP,ALB. Blood biochemistry indicators change tendency basic in three consistent lactation periods. Indicated:The liver and the renal functions of cows suffering from alcoholpositive milk are unusual,protein catabolism aggravating,the proteinnutritional status is bad.
