精子介导法制备转基因鸡的研究

Abstract

Abstract: To explore the possibility of generation of transgenic chicken, vector p-OV-β-Gal of LacZ gene as report gene were transmitted into the chicken's early embryos by sperm-mediated method, then the LacZ gene’s integration and expression were monitored. The vector (p-OV-β-Gal) could be transmitted into the chicken’s early embryos by sperm-mediated method, the percentage of LacZ gene's integration and expression were respectively 13.2%（7/53）and 20.7%（11/53）. The result showed that sperm-mediated method could be used for generation of the transgenic chickens.
