Abstract: Infections serositis in ducks was diagnosesed accoding to the observetions of clinic symptom,pathological changes,experimental diagnosis in Beijing.PA(pasteurella anapestifer) was isolated from heads,hearts and livers of
diseased ducks.PA were cultivated and inactivated by HCHO and mixed with Al(OH)3. The 1-day-old ducks were immunized with 0.5 ml the inactivated vaccines,after 14 days, the ducks were immunized with 1 ml the inactivated vaccines again.The results showed that the vaccine were safe to the ducks,the caccined ducks obtained 95% protective efficacy.In drug sensitivity test, pasteurella anatipestifer was highly susceptible to neomycin and kanamycin.
