Study on the Changes of Allantoic and Amniotic Fluid Volume, pH Value During the Embryo Development

Abstract

Abstract: In this experiment, allantoic and amniotic fluid volume, pH value were mensurated and analysed. The results showed that amniotic fluid content reached the peak value at the 16th day, and its pH value staied at 7.0 all the time. Allantoic fluid had the highest content at the 12 th day, and its pH value was more than 7.0 all the time, which also achieved the peak value at the 12th day. The PH value of amniotic and allantoic fluid supplemented each other to some degree.
