Abstract: M ovipneumoniae is pathogen to cause Contagious ovine pleuropneumonia. Generally M ovipneumoniae may cause sheep's peripneumonia. Besides lung, M ovipneumoniae may be detected in other internal organs with culture and PCR detection, the probability to separate M ovipneumoniae is higher form extralung organ of the serious illnesss sheep. Besides M ovipneumoniae can mainly cause the lung pathological change,it can cause lesion of heart, liver, spleen, kidney, brain, lymph node as well. Lung is not only one critical organ by M ovipneumoniae infection.
