Abstract: In present article, there are two positive standard salmonella bacteria, two positive sample about chicken and a sample of aseptic water. This samples are detected with fluorescence polymerase chain reaction. The results showed: The method is efficient and accurate. Furthermore, it took only 30 hours for whole PCR process. It is concluded that PCR is a specific, sensitive, rapid, simple and convenient method for detection of salmonella. It may have great values for the entryexit inspection and quarantine.
