雏鸡脑软化症细胞免疫功能变化的研究

Abstract

Abstract: The number of the white blood cell(WBC),the sum total of lymphocytes ,the activity of T lymphocytes ANAE+ and the concentration of interleukins were studied by Acid αnaphthyl acetate esterase，（ANAE） dye method, and radio immunoassay(RIA) in the chicken with encephalomalicia induced by giving the feed being deficient in VE and extra fish oil artificially . The results showed that the number WBC,the sum total of lymphocytes and,activity of T lymphocytes ANAE+ and the concentration of IL1,IL2 in the ataxic chicks were significantly lower than that of the control group. The results indicated that vitamin E deficiency has evidently inhibited in the cellmediated immune functions of the chicken.
