Abstract: The study on the animal preantral follicle has been made great progress recently, but there is a distance to havest good oocyte in vitro in comparison with in vivo. The efficient preantral cultural methods also play an important role in the study of preantral follicles. Recently, there are many cultural methods, such as common cultural method, twodimensional cultural method, three dimensional cultural method, and inverted cultural method; there also have individual cultural method and group cultural method according to the cultural density. We can select proper cultural method according to the specific requirement.
